Far too many SME (Small to Medium Sized Enterprises) lack any cogent form of a Strategic Plan: they seem to exist in an endless chain of “Firefighting”: having to devote significant management time to rectifying the latest urgent crisis.

A business that lacks a core Business Plan is like a man lost in the Sahara with no map and no compass and only enough water to make it to the next oasis: which is fine, if he actually knows precisely where that oasis is!

Like the guy in the desert, a business has finite capital resources: and if it spends too long proceeding in the wrong direction, then it runs out of cash.

Do you know where you are headed? Have you tabulated a series of primary objectives and the strategy and tactical approaches you are going to use to attain those goals?

If not: then you probably need our help!
